Can anyone give me any tips on losing weight while nursing…I have a 3 year old and a 3 month old…I have lost some weight but I am soo hungry this time…I have soo many cravings more then when I was pregnant! Atleast when I was pregnant I could eat alot and blame the baby now who can I blame! I dont miss being pregant no I dont miss walking thru a door with my tummy first and then my head appearing but jeez it is driving me crazy! I am still wearing some of my maternity clothes which is sad and these horrible night gowns that I promised my self I would never wear…Whenever I wear them I get an awful dream I am driving wearing that nightgown and with my kids and get pulled over by a cop for a ticket.& there is a huge crowd of people pointing and laughing at me…..Sorry just venting….I am pumping milk too this time so maybe,…..Please share any stories of hope…I know in a healthy way!!!
